Idle Thyme Restaurant - Victoria Beach

This restaurant offers a diverse menu with options for all tastes, including delicious local pickerel fillets. They have a lunch special at noon and the owner, Cheryl, always takes the time to visit with customers. The food is of high quality and the restaurant primarily serves breakfast and lunch, but is open some evenings during the tourist season. In the winter, Cheryl also offers phenomenal 5-course dinners for local residents that are absolutely delicious.

I had a fantastic lunch at this restaurant, featuring delicious pan-fried pickerel with a generous portion of two fillets and fries. The atmosphere was not too crowded, and the service was very friendly. I will definitely be returning in the future!

We arrived at Carbuccia, Corsica, late in the evening and were still in need of dinner.
