I found that they do not answer their phone, and you can end up waiting a long time at the window to place an order, even when their sign says they're open. I observed more than five cars come and go, all experiencing difficulties. The customer service was terrible; they seem unable to handle multiple orders and come across as overwhelmed and rude. The food was fantastic! My partner and I shared a hamburger, fries, coleslaw, and deep-fried mushrooms. It’s a great spot for dinner. Just thought I'd let you know!

Amazing. 20 minutes before closing. Apologised profusely and told them they could deny my request if they wanted. They refused and at 9 p.m. my wife and I had the best burgers and pommes we had for ever. Big juicy burgers and crispy fried. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service and delicious food. I've never been let down!
