Subway - Victoria

We decided to grab a quick dinner after driving into the city to visit family. We had a voucher for one footlong sandwich, and my parents had a "buy a footlong, get a free" deal. However, the staff argued with me about not being able to use both coupons, even though we were separate paying customers (just to clarify, I'm 44, so my mom didn’t pay for me). I kept insisting that we were indeed separate paying customers. Eventually, the staff had to call the manager, who confirmed that two separate paying customers could each use their respective vouchers. It shouldn’t have been that complicated!

If you find the need for surveillance cameras to monitor staff behavior, that's a clear indication that something is wrong. To top it off, when I tried to speak to the manager, Josh, he was sitting in his car and didn't respond appropriately to my concerns. I definitely plan to escalate this issue by contacting the company. This level of service is simply unacceptable.

The subs are quite good, but they always seem to be out of the soup I desire.

Great customer service! This Subway makes a damn good sandwich.. something I can't say about the other Subways around Victoria.

I tried the steak wrap for the first time and it was delicious! A little more money than I expected to pay, but it was a lot of sandwich. Will return soon for another one.!!!
