Every single time in this mall, for us about 10-15 times a year, we watch 15-20 people leave your line hourly because whatever the person or family wants is a 30+ minute oven bake. WTH? Unlike your competitor Auntie Anne's where they have a crew of 3 employees Mon-Thurs and 4 person crew Sat-Sun open to close. AA's always has front case filled with all pretzel items made ready to go. From 10am Auntie Anne's has their front case filled with 4 or more of every item on their menu during peak times. Example: 9:30-10am when mall workers come in, 10:30am-1:00pm for shoppers and mall workers to eat and not wait, 4pm to 8pm when college, teens and parents come in after schools close. How can PretzelMaker turn a profit when 15-20 people sometimes more hourly refuse waiting 30+ minutes in line waiting for order to go in the oven? Especially when people leave your line to go right to #AuntieAnne's? How much is lost business per week?
Staff was very nice here, however the prices are too much. It is 1.19 for a sauce the size of a sauce from BK or McDonald’s(see picture). The pretzels were soft and delicious, and just came out. They’re better than auntie Anne’s, but like I said, way too expensive. We got the salted parm pretzels by themselves and paid for the extra sauce. We got a large. The sauce as mentioned was an extra 1.19 and was that small, however I mentioned the staff was nice and I appreciate them when I asked for another sauce to buy and they just gave it to me.
1/9/22: The male worker was polite. The pretzel wasn't the best.
Friendly staff and delicious pretzels. Love coming here!
The lady that was working was very rude and snipped at my friend and I. Plus they have no forks for the new nacho bites?
