Fleming's Prime Steakhouse Wine

It was our anniversary and I wanted to celebrate a beautiful place. I recently learned that Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar was part of the Blooming Brands (Outback, Bone Fish and Carrabbas's Italian Grill. An upscale alternative to Outback and, in my opinion, better than Ruth Chris. With open table I have booked a reservation of 5:45 pm. Upon arrival we sat at a stand that was beautifully decorated with confetti and a card with a happy anniversary. Our server Greg quickly imagined and immediately accepted our drinks order and brought us bread and butter. We ordered the shrimp cocktail as our appetizers. The shrimps were jumbo and the cocktail sauce was freshly made. I recommend this appetizer. I switched on and ordered the Scottish salmon with soothed mushrooms and my wife stayed with her petty fillet and one side of Fleming's potatoes. It took a while until our order came up, but the manager came by twice to check us and said our entrées were coming. It wasn't waiting so long, but after the appetizer and bread it was better anyway. The salmon was delicious and my wife petite Filet was perfectly cooked and the Fleming potatoes were excellent. We ordered the chocolate lava cake and that was also excellent! It takes them a few minutes to get this dessert ready and if you have any allergies on nuts you want to leave the pistachios. We will definitely be back as the staff was very friendly and pleasant. The bar looks very welcoming and there are stands with panoramic views of the restaurant only perfect for the date night.

We celebrated our second anniversary at Fleming's, and it was fantastic! The dinner was excellent, with the food cooked to perfection. Everything was fresh and served hot. The waitstaff and overall team were wonderful, making our experience truly memorable.

The service is always top notch. Celebrated spouse's birthday and he was very pleased. The staff went out of their way as if we were the only ones in the restaurant.

I was never let down. I was feeling a bit down, so my husband surprised me by taking me to one of my favorite nostalgic places. The food was fantastic, and the customer service was, as always, top-notch!

Went here to celebrate my birthday and the experience was wonderful. Great atmosphere and service. And even greater company (my husband? Our server Brandon was superb. Just all around good time.
