Doodles Sorbets And Italian Ice

I was there several times and I had no bad experience or a taste I don't like.

You're the worst! Doodles is a well-known hole in the wall shaved ice, and Sorbet Shop in Cahaba Heights. In summer nights this place is with tons of families and children. But in cooler nights it's like a ghost town. Jasmine and I came by yesterday for an after work snack. We didn't really know what to expect, but it was fabulous. If you first come to doodles, the parking situation is somewhat rough, so note that when you first come. But because last night was one of the cooler nights, we found a perfect parking lot. The building is so decorated that it is a house that they have transformed into an ice store. You will see a large menu right from the window with all flavors. I am not sure which flavors are seasonal and those are year round flavors, but they all see as delicious as the next. A girl threw her head out of the window when she noticed us, I naturally asked about her suggestions. She also gave fruity suggestions, chocolate suggestions. Your customer service was top-notch. Jasmine had asked her how a small cup looked when they pulled the cup, we saw how big/small the cup was and then she explained how high they will fill the cup. Small was the perfect size for us. I ordered the chocolate raspberry truffles and jasmine ordered the banana wing. Both were delicious. Creamy, crispy and delicious all around. It shocked me how they were able to make these ice creams so creamy when they are water base, but I was so happy to finally try doodles. If you did not have the opportunity to come by, this will be a popping spot during the spring and summer months, so I would plan ahead.

The best dessert place to go! Delicious and refreshing! So many flavors to choose and all so good! They are also sugar-free! All trophies of aromas up to chocolaty, sour, sweet and over delicious! Very recommended! My favorite dessert!
