Auberge d'Hermance - Versoix

It wasn’t the first time I go to Auberge d’Hermance but was probably the last one. To start with the positives lovely ambience and good food. However, except for for the menu I don’t think the food is good value. The biggest disappointment came...from the service forgetting orders, taking too long to serve and last but not least waiting c30min to get the bill.

Amazing food, charming location, very efficient and friendly service. Can only recommend. If you get the chance, try the Celerisotto Egg parfait Espuma with porcini mushrooms Autumn truffles Macadamia nuts in their delicious fall menu. It is to die for, though the...whole menu is also really really tasty.

It was not our first visit. We loved our last session. However this time we were disappointed by the service which was not at the level the place deserves. We waited a long time to be taken care of when we sited, to pass the...order. Sometime we felt we were forgotten about. It is true that this time the place was full. So it may be that the staff is not trained to deal with a full restaurant. We also felt the dishes were smaller than last time. A bit more food will definitely be appreciated. We will see next time.
