Buffalo Wild Wings - Vernon Hills

Personally, I enjoyed my time there with my family. It was a good choice to come here

It took them 20 minutes to stop at our table, 30 minutes for the food to come, never were we asked if everything was ok. Server never came back. Another 20 minutes for them to bring the bill. And that's because I call someone. Short staff, but not my fault. Ridiculous

Visited late night. Food was very good. Our host was excellent!

Boneless wings were good. Salad was good. Traditional were sickly looking, very small, not the usual looking BWW. The Traditional hadn't arrived with everyone else's orders. We waited patiently. A while later, another server checked on us, and we found out the initial server never put the traditional order in. The initial server never checked up on us, never offered refills, etc . . .

Service was awful, took 20 minutes to get drinks, wings delivered cold. Manager did give 25% off for cold food, but husband never got second beer he ordered. We had to wait for silverware, and salt and pepper for my salad. Will not be going back
