Baskin-robbins - Vernon Hills

We visited this restaurant today, and the sign indicated that it closes at 11 PM. After paying for our ice cream and leaving, we realized that we had forgotten one of our orders on the counter. We turned around to go back for it, but by the time we arrived, the place was already closed. It shouldn't have shut its doors an hour and 15 minutes early. I'm disappointed and hope that the staff who served us either learn from this experience or face some consequences.

I wouldn't recommend this place. They're often out of popular flavors like banana, and they use Hershey's syrup instead of their hot fudge. We've tried giving this location multiple opportunities, but they consistently disappoint and don’t seem to care.

I visited this place because I had a craving for a chocolate peanut butter sundae with peanut butter sauce, and Baskin Robbins is one of the few spots that still offers it as a topping. However, my experience was quite awkward. The woman behind the counter seemed either nervous or upset and didn't acknowledge my presence as I stood there ready to order. When I eventually placed my order and asked for the peanut butter sauce, she told me they didn't have it. I pointed out that the large menu above her head clearly listed "toppings: peanut butter sauce, etc.," and she looked at me as if I had three heads.

This location is the best place to get what you crave. All of their food and drinks are freshly made and freshly brewed. The staff members have amazing-top notch service, you can tell they love working there! I love this Dunkin baskin ribbons they always do their best for their customers!!!

Went there today to get ice cream for my daughter and me. Worst customer service I have ever received. Employee was rude and messed up my order. When I asked for a refund she told me she could do a partial refund and I would have to go online to get a refund. Then she continued to argue with me. After leaving the store I attempted to fill out a survey on the website and was told the survey and store were invalid?there goes my chance of trying to get my money back. I will NEVER recommend this location to anyone.
