Been a customer for years. Last 3 times I had to wait 30, 40, and 45 minutes. I wasn't the only one either. You order an hour in advance for a pick-up time, and they only make it up to 3 times when you come to pick it up. And to our surprise the food was no longer tasty. Previously, none of the above was really a shame. Small positive emergency, the young lady at the cash register tried to make the best of it, but also said she knew that this was really not possible.
