Despite specifically requesting a strawberry banana peanut butter smoothie, I received an angel food smoothie instead. Upon expressing my concern, I was blamed for supposedly not ordering correctly. It's disheartening to be blamed for a mistake that wasn't mine. I believe clear communication is essential in any service industry, and I hope my feedback helps improve the overall customer experience
