He struggled to cook small portions at a time and completely burned the fried rice. He noticed the burnt floor too late and rushed to mix it, resulting in a dish that was muddy with burnt pieces of rice that were rock hard. The portion of rice was also smaller compared to other Hibachi restaurants. There was a to-go box on our table for five, and our friend's steak was cooked before two people had even started eating. The staff seemed overwhelmed and left at 8 o'clock when they had arrived at 8:30 (we arrived at 7 o'clock). They were under our feet and tried to clear our empty plates before we were done eating. This was the worst Hibachi experience of my life. I understand that it can get busy with half tables and being close to others, but it was incredibly chaotic.
The second time here at this place, what should I say? had a great fun time with friends here and our chef who made dinner before us was entertained. We'll tell him sweaty. just a blast!!! they go there and have a good time.
Excellent service and food. We did the works started with Sushi at the bar than experienced the table chef dinner. #Shogun #xoxoxogirl
Ordered the filet mignon and scallops and was very disappointed in quality of meat. Very tough. Asked another at the table to sample and he agreed it was very tough for a filet. It seemed more like a sirloin. After mentioning it to management, they rudely insisted it was a filet. I dropped issue and the bill was paid. If you are looking for any wine selection, it's not here.
Do not need a huge party we are a small family of 3 and they sit u down and you eat it’s very nice and so good
