Ospi - Venice

Really great food but they had us out within 50 minutes of sitting down ! Starters arrived immediately, mains at the 25 minute mark and then the check without being offered dessert and without asking! We arrived at 8 for an 8 pm booking and were in an Uber at 8.55! So great food but it's run like an assembly line and they finished with us super quickly.

Parking must be considered in the planning process for any restaurant. OSPI has parking nearby but even now,so long after opening, OSPI has failed to coordinate a parking agreement with parking facilities directly across the street. The linguini is delicious. However the individual cooking the pasta is in need of further training as on inspection the pasta showed more than just slight under cooking. If you cut your pasta and the cross section shows 40% to 50% bright white, it's not cooked completely through. Cocktails that run nineteen dollars each are a thing if they're astonishing, not if they're merely the cocktail you make at home in a different glass. The lemon curd dessert was off the hook. The ricotta toast appetizer is a must have. The meatballs appetizer is good. The lobster with pistachio liontittie knocked me out it was so good.

Fantastic food, great atmosphere. Service was very pleasant but really slow. The bill for 3 appetizers, 2 glasses of wine, 1 pizza, 4 dinners and 2 desserts came out to about $380. Granted it was a lot of food and everything but for one of the pastas was top notch. Neverthless, it was quiet expensive for a dinner out with family. In-kind app helped me write off about 30% of the bill plus $50 bonus for being a member, so it was a decent value at $240. The issue is that it would have been way too much at the original price, at least for two working professionals with kids. I don't know who is affording these prices on a regular basis. The place was full.

We celebrated my birthday here with a large party and we were all extremely happy with the food and service. Ambiance is hip and a little romantic with the dim lights at night. Ospi is one of my fave restaurants and I was a little worried if the quality of the food was going to be the same with a big group. Every dish was just as good as I remembered. My fave dishes were the meatballs, cauliflower, hapa pizza and spicy rigatoni. I also really enjoyed the hot girl summer cocktail which was fruity and delicious. Cant wait to go back!

Came here for lunch and it was very nice and easy. Was seated quickly and the welcoming of the staff was nice. The staff and service were very friendly and great. Food is amazing. I think a must order is the crispy provolone and would get every single time. Nothing but good things from this place.
