KFC - Vaughan

The service was a bit slow because there was a customer that was asking a lot of questions regarding their coupon.

It saddens me to say that my experience with this KFC was short of satisfactory.

This is one of the good ones. I love this location. 95% of the times I get fresh chicken here. Whereas, at other KFC, its always a hit and miss situation.

Incompetent staff. 10 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready (UberEats pre-order) they notified me that they just put it in and need more time to prepare it. Location did not look busy or full of customers (2 in about 20 minutes) and staff in the back was walking around not doing anything.

Don’t try this place at all. I got food poisoning after I ate here. I raised my concern to the manager and told them that the food was bad and their answer was we know!!
