Succulent, from entry to dessert, many delicate flavors, top service and choice of personalized glass wines. In the top three in Vannes.
Entrance and desserts really successful with subtle flavors and texture agreements. Disappointment on the dish: we had called in advance for a vegetarian version, resulting in a mix of fillings of other dishes was served rather than a real elaborate dish. A very nice service.
The impression offers a kitchen that I will name pleasant. Both owners are hot, their kitchen centered around flowers and herbs. Fresh and seasonal dishes. Everything was good, wisely seasoned and balanced in the mouth. Funny mouth to dessert. I feel like the chef doesn’t like working meat. In any case, the meat dish, a lamb, was less original and flowered than the rest. It was however succulent, just less original than the rest. I almost preferred a purely vegetarian dish. Basically: I recommend going!
Great discovery and stomach burns for this restaurant. The kitchen is very centered around flowers and local plants. Arrangements and flavors are original and beautiful balance of flavors. The prices are fair, beautiful wine card offered to the glass in agreement with each dish. The decoration is neat and warm, unpretentious. In service: small care! Thanks to the two owners.
