Xing Fu Tang Xìng Fú Táng

The pearl I had at this restaurant was one of the best I've ever tasted. I'd definitely return just for it! However, one of the staff members could use some basic customer service training. There was no greeting or even a simple "thank you." I really hope they can improve in that area. On the plus side, another staff member was great, and I enjoyed my drink as well.

I ordered the Signature Brown Sugar Bubble Tea, and unfortunately, it tasted quite unpleasant. It was excessively salty at the bottom, and there was more foam than milk. I ended up feeling a bit unwell afterward. On a positive note, the staff member was really nice and took the time to explain the menu thoroughly, but the drink itself was definitely not up to par.

Their signature brown sugar pearl milk tea is excellent. I prefer it to be half sweet, and I really appreciate that the pearls have a nice al dente texture. The small size has a good amount of pearls, which is fantastic since many places give you a lot of drink but skimp on the pearls.

The bunny jelly series is adorable, and I feel a bit guilty eating them, even though they lack flavor. The milk tea is quite decent, and the grapefruit green tea is really enjoyable.

A truly remarkable experience! The stir-fried brown sugar boba pearls are absolutely delightful.
