Tsui Hang Village Restaurant Ltd

I stopped here after the fireworks to let the crowds disperse after the fireworks. big open space shoddy decor and not sure about the plastic bag table cloths. service was friendly and food was good.

Terrible service. Received rotten lettuce in delivery for lettuce wrap. Called the manager to let him know and he only offered $4 credit for the lettuce rather than replace the meal. The next time we tried to use that credit on the same meal, we realized that the same meal actually cost $16 so we said $4 isn't much to cover a wasted meal previously. The manager said that since we agreed on $4, he can no longer change it. Heck, he's the manager so he can if he want. I'm also a manager of a retail business and if it were me, I'd replace that meal to keep the customer coming back. We ordered from this place all the time and he can probably see our history on justeat but he didn't care. Obviously saving $4 was more important than saving a customer. Don't bother ordering from her and avoid even going to the restaurant. This place I'd a dying business and they're doing nothing to save it.

Tsui Hang village is ok.. but.. for larger groups, after a late night, and you need some food. The Crispy skin chicken is great, as the deep Fried Prawns, and the Hot pots. I would be leery of the other dishes as they may be overwhelmed with sauces! The take-out window is very basic... and cheap! $5 (GST included).

Service was great. the waiters were very polite. the food was poor, first had to get them to change the plates as they were dirty and then when our pan fried chow-mien came through, it was soaked in sauce... not cool

In a city with many good Chinese restaurants, Tsui Hang Village has survived, a tribute to the quality of the food.
