Contribuiți la feedbackBrown sugar taro milk was delicious. I'll ask for less ice next time. the new young man who works there was very nice.
The quality is not stable sometimes, I ordered oolong tea latte with oat milk and pearl every time so I know how it supposed to taste like.Today the tea was strange and watery…it had extra separate taste when swallowed, and the pearl was a bit old compare to usual, ordered 0 ice so it doesn’t make the pearl hard )It shouldn’t taste this awful…Hope they keep their quality consistently.
Ok this place was INCREDIBLE. The SELECTION. Do I dare say this is my favorite boba spot in Vancouver?!?! But what REALLY prompted me to write this review was the customer service. Stella was incredible and made sure we were taken care of. A huge shout out to her to ensuring our drinks were correct and going the extra mile to make us feel seen as customers!!! Stella, you rock! There was also a trainee who was working the night we came and he was also quite lovely. I RACED here after work at 10:45 pm and was so happy that they were still taking orders. After I put my order in, 6-8 more people came in and the amazing workers kept accepting orders. I thought it was so awesome. This place is a 10/10 in my book. Will definitely be returning. Great experience and delicious drinks.
Jenjudan is the same brand as what we call Truedan in California, based on their branded cups and menu. We stopped by for a dessert after dinner and perhaps I 've been spoiled by the amount of boba options that we have, but the drinks were only okay for me. Unfortunately, they did not have tofu pudding as a topping despite it being on their menu (no longer be sold at all, not just temporarily), so we got fresh taro as a topping instead. The taro tasted a bit funky, almost had a salty aftertaste to it? Not sure if that was intentional or just the way taro is done here, but we 've never had fresh taro taste like that before in our boba drinks. For the tea flavor, we got the celadon and classic black tea latte. Both tea flavors were decently strong, though I think the classic black tea was better, nothing really stood out about the celadon. Also the menu stipulates a 25c charge for single use beverage cups... but how many people bring reusable cups to a boba shop (I didn 't see anybody who ordered bring their own cup, and other coffee shops in Vancouver didn 't seem to add this surcharge), so it seemed like a little bit of a sneaky way to upcharge every drink. I 'd rather a shop just increase the price versus adding charges this way. All in all, the staff was polite and the drinks was alright. It 's not the best boba or milk tea I 've had, but it was decent. Perhaps we chose the wrong items to go with from Jenjudan, but it seems like a popular place as there was a line when we arrived. Drinks came out super fast though!
Went in to this place both days during my stay in Vancouver. Had the passion fruit green tea with pearls and coconut jelly. Was great both days!
