Tim Hortons - Vancouver

I ordered an oat milk salad with sweeteners at this restaurant, but they made it incorrectly. Not only did they mess up my order, but they also gave me too much food and did not apologize for the mistake. This was the worst experience I've had at this establishment.

This restaurant is always open, 24/7. The staff can be a bit rude, but they deserve credit for dealing with a large number of customers. The facility is very clean, and the food and drinks are always excellent.

The employees were rude, the restaurant was dirty and chaotic, and felt unsafe, especially for my children, with rowdy individuals yelling and some even sleeping in chairs. The children were upset and we wanted to leave. Overall, our experience was unpleasant. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

I love tim hortons, but this place gave me an rude service of employees. my order was forgotten to make, but nobody wants to ask what I'm waiting for. another time I wait, then I asked about my order, the staff was too easy to show angry face and vote! I don't know how the personal wants it!

The bagels and the wraps are good but the service just gets worse every year and the environment is not pleasant. Good for just grab and go. Ask for a receipt otherwise you'll order may get lost and the staff may not give you the food.
