Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

It is permanently closed now. This place had been going down hill for a long time. Too bad the corporation couldn't find a way to retain the amazing management they had whey they first opened a decade ago.

They have very reasonable prices, and it's a good place for rotisserie chicken and fries. I haven't tried anything else there. The restaurant is not busy at all, and not the quickest service, but the waitress was friendly and it was a good solid budget lunch.

Swiss Chalet's quality of food has deteriorated a lot. I used to work for them many years ago. I spent about $46 this time but I felt cheated. The ribs were so small although I ordered one and a half rack of ribs. Coleslaw was about a tablespoon size. Everything was so pathetic and cheap looking. I will never order again.

Um place bem decolado, com decoração moderna e bom atendimento. o cardápio apesar de se apresentar como rotisseria, é bem varied, apresenta grande varieties inclusive of sandwiches and pratos com frango.

I ordered online to pick up my food. Picked up and realized they forgot my dessert (mini cinnamon donuts) when I got home. Phoned them to let them know and asked if they could mail me a gift card instead because I lived half an hour away by drive and we are not going back in the near future. The manager (named Hung) said she was not able to do it and only suggested to leave my phone numbers so that anyone from my family can claim it if they can provide my phone numbers to them. Not happy because I already mentioned I won't be back in the near future. A gift card at the same amount that I paid for is good so that I can use it at the other location. Very disappointed!!!
