Sushivan - Vancouver

This is my go to sushi place and it never disappoints.The quality of the sushi served here is fantastic for the price. I always recommend it to my friends and family.Service is generally on the slow side, and sometimes hard to convey dietary restrictions.SushiVan is totally recommended!Dietary restrictions: My party contained a gluten sensitive person. We asked if a couple of options in the menu contained flour. Service seemed to not fully comprehend what flour is and we decided to forego those options to avoid potential flour contamination.

It's not the nicest restaurant but the food quality is good and very reasonable in price! There was a generous amount of sashimi with a variety of fish with the Sashimi bento boxes and a large quantity of tempura that includes various vegetables and prawns. . You always get cooked meat of your choice, a cali roll, and a salad for 18 or 19$. Not bad for Vancouver restaurant prices these days. Very friendly greeting and service and the place was busy! So that's a good sign too.

I will give 0 if there is an option. The casher girl always has attitude. I ordered take out on Friday and it was shown that is ready to pick up at 12:44. I arrived at 1:07 and it was still not ready. She said on my system is not ready. She didn’t even apologize at all. She completely forgot my order. Super rude and arrogant. Never come back again and won’t recommend. She is SUPER RUDE. I had food poisoning on Friday night and the food was not fresh. Definitely won’t come back.

Our go-to for sushi take out (and sometimes dine in). It's always well made and fresh and very competitively priced. Take out usually takes 20 min for pick up.

Great spot for sushi. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the sushi was good. We really enjoyed our dinner and would definitely go back.
