The dumplings, sweet and sour pineapple delight, veggie “pork” slices, and Lo Hon chow mein all get five stars. It’s a delightful experience I highly recommend. It’s a whole experience as a vegetarian. Treat yourself.
The restaurant is usually buzzing and had a very old vide to it, say that of the 1990s.The food is brilliant! We tried the chef’s special fried rice, and the king Pao veggies! The chilly oil is legit hot!The use of Beancurd skin, mushrooms and tofu just elevates their dish!The host is just great! Always greets their guests with a smile! Service is great and quick!I’ve visited here 2 times in the last week!Will definitely visit again!
This is one of the best if not THE best vegetarian restaurants in the city. The owners are so kind and they LOVE it when people bring their own containers to take home the leftovers (which will probably happen because of the large portions! . There are a number of popular dishes and they all come out relatively fast even on a Saturday when every single table is packed. Must try: their house made chilli oil! It’s actually spicy and super flavourful and the aroma is fragrant and you can tell it’s fresh!This place my parents come three to four times a month, so you know it’s good. Dietary restrictions: There are a variety of dishes and most if not all are vegan or can be made veganKid-friendliness: Lots of kids in the restaurant and booster seats high chairs are available
This is my favourite vegetarian restaurant in Vancouver. My family has been going to this restaurant for years. Their quality and service have stayed consistent. If you’re looking for authentic vegetarian Chinese food, this is the place for you!Consider ordering these dishes, they’re my favourites: Spinach soup (thick and coconut creamy) Deep fried taro and milk combo (it’s a good mix of sweet and savoury) Deep fried oyster mushrooms “Chicken” and mushroom in black pepper sauce Sweet potato balls (dessert)
