Subway - Vancouver

I had ordered veggie subway from this location for pickup firstly it was wrong order that was not order by myself another thing when i start eating my subway there was some live insect inside it and this is totally disgusting and disappointing. I call there customer service and manager just told me to get refund or re-order it, without doing any apologies and compensation. This is worst experience i had here. I never gonna trust this place anymore.

I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. There were hardly any vegetables in my wrap, and my request for more was ignored. The employee handling my food used the same hand for my veggie patties as she did for beef, which was very disturbing as a vegetarian. The service was very poor, and I hope they take my feedback into consideration and improve their customer treatment.

This restaurant review is extremely negative. The customer eats at Subway three times a week and has tried almost every Subway in the area. However, they had a bad experience when they ordered a veggie patty sandwich. The sandwich maker was also handling a beef sandwich and used the same hands for both. When the customer asked for more mayo on their footlong, they were given only two drops. The employee then pretended to add more mayo when asked. The customer was very unhappy with the service and does not plan on returning to this Subway location.

My go to Subway in the area. Recently renovated, never too busy, clean, and good service.

I got salad from this location, there was no cheese and very litle vegetables it was very disappointing for the price.
