Straight Outta Brooklyn Nyc Pizzeria

A year ago, or so, maybe in 2020 they can have cashew nuts and a vegan cake. that was a great way to strengthen the Friday evening order of my family. the sauce is really delicious, the pizzas are not fat, and the crust is thin in the middle and soft, but chew at the edges. it's hard to remember a better pizza. still only the size of the pizza cut into four pieces, why mess with the tradition?

Pretty decent pizza. Would comeback to try their other slices. Can definitely taste the higher quality ingredients they use and the cooking process.

Small place with limited seating, 2 sidewalk tables for those who enjoy their slices in the cold weather. Got the original and pepperoni slice, same price for either slice, for those who don't like pepperoni, sorry no discounted price for the original slice Being born and raised in Williamsburg Brooklyn and spending most of my childhood in Chinatown/Little Italy I was hoping their pizza would bring back memories of the 25 cent slices way back when. IMAO, the slices were not bad, there's a constant flow of customers so the pizza doesn't dry out sitting out in the front display counter, they pop the slice in the oven so the crust comes out hot and crunchy. Pizza sauce/ crushed tomatoes have a natural non articial flavor. Cheese is generous and spread evenly. Their sales pitch is the slice is a true NYC foldable slice. In Booklyn you fold the slice with the purpose of of letting the excess oil drip out into your napkin, alas, no excess oil, minus 1 star. My true NYC pizza quest continues

Pizza here is delicious!! We didn't wait long to get it. Prices are reasonable knowing that the slice is bigger than usual. The personnel were kind. They didn't have any topping such as spicy sauce or something like that. I totally going to go back there!

Competition runs deep in Vancity for pizzerias but if this pizza business were in a city like Toronto this would be rated 7 stars..what makes this pizza stand out is the olive oil they apply on top of the fresh organic arugula, thin crust, herbs and spices and the way the meat slides off the cheese into your mouth. So if that's what you would expect a nice slice of pizza would be like, this is definitely the vacation in your mouth.
