Purebread W Broadway - Vancouver

We were visiting from Toronto and decided to try the Cinnamon cream buns at this restaurant. Overall, it is a nice place with beautiful pastries. My only slightly negative experience was when I pointed to indicate to the server what I wanted, and I was told not to point at the food. I understand this may be to prevent any contaminants from falling onto the pastries, or perhaps to show respect to the food. However, the tone in which I was told not to point made me feel like a child, even though I am in my late 40s. It's possible that the person assisting us was just having an off day.

The peanut butter rice crispy squares are sooooo good. I buy two and arrive home with one ?

Best bakery in Vancouver imo! So much variety and everything I've tried while going there thrice (sweet and savoury scones, some cookies, blondies, brownies, cakes, etc) was delicious ? A must if you stop in Vancity

Loved everything about here. Great selection of pastries, amazing coffee, quite a few Gluten Free options, clean kitchen, nice and welcoming front staff.

First time visit with a friend and it’s a dessert lovers paradise with so many choices.Everything looks lovely and delicious, presentation is enticing to the Nth degree.We were full from a big breakfast so just a coffee and (1) OMG $5 was purchased and tasted.Picture a mini muffin shaped chocolate brownie/cake.Metered parking on the street.
