Panago Pizza - Vancouver

Horrible customer service, irritated by me placing an order, resolving staff disputes takes precedence over serving a client. Don’t bother and go to maple leaf pizza down the block instead, soooo much better, cheaper, more food, and most importantly, friendlier.

Paid $50 for 2 mediums with extra toppings.Extra toppings were non existent paid for extra cheese didn't get that either ?

I had a great individual pizza, freshly made, the lady taking my order was knowledgeable about the options and was doing all on her own. I must say she did a great job to attend and have it all ready for everyone who was coming around lunch time! It did take about 10-12 min. To get my food ready but I didn't mind because I saw how busy she became (there was no one to help her) and my pizza was really tasty and fresh. I'm glad they have multigrain dough option available, it's my favorite! I took it to go because there was no space to eat there. Just didn't give 5 because there was a free table and chairs outside but I couldn't eat there as it was very dusty like it wasn't cleaned for a while. But other than that, I really enjoyed my fresh pizza.

Ordered pizza and wings. Wings came undercooked causing food poison. Spent the night vomiting. Would not recommend ordering from this location.

There were not enough toppings on my food, it felt like I was just eating plain bread.
