Pallet Coffee Roasters - Vancouver

This café and bakery located in downtown Vancouver offers fantastic coffee and delicious pastries. The coffee is well-balanced and the steamed milk is top-notch. However, I would have preferred a stronger coffee flavor as it was a bit overshadowed by the milk. The buttered croissants were exceptional. The service was quick and the atmosphere was cozy, making it a great spot to work from.

The best coffee in Vancouver by far, and at an affordable price. It was delicious and the food options looked tempting as well. I'll definitely be coming back to try something else.

I was disappointed that they were out of many items, including cold brew, but overall it was a great experience. The staff was helpful, the coffee was very good, and the breakfast sandwich was excellent.

The breakfast croissant was quite delicious. the londoner fog was interestingly not sweetened. this location is convenient to sit, although, so much natural light.

Had an oat milk flat white from here. The taste of the espresso in this drink is unique and so so delicious. Also took the barista’s recommendation of an “adventurous” coffee bean home and have been having that since and really enjoying it.
