The food at this restaurant is amazing. The pizzas, especially the espresso BBQ chicken, are fantastic. I also frequently go there for breakfast and recommend trying the breakfast sandwich. The quick service and quality of the food is top notch.

Fun guys to chat with and great food! Healthy sourced food much of which is from BC. Well thought out menu incorporating a variety of ingredients to match any appetite. Really enjoyed my sandwich. Don't discount the small shop setup you are in for a big surprise!

The sandwiches at this restaurant are fantastic, with most ingredients made in-house. They also have great soups and take-home meals available. I still need to try their dinner-time pizzas. I definitely recommend this place!

The baguette sandwiches at this restaurant are delicious and gourmet, but they are on the smaller side in portions. The restaurant is somewhat tucked away in a hidden location, but with more development happening nearby. You can grab your sandwich to go and enjoy it at the seawall.

Exciting sandwiches!. This place is wonderful, they make their own bread!! And the bread is fantastic. One of a kind sandwiches that are seriously special. They also make great ice teas! Daily special is always a winner. Love eating lunch here. Plus the guys that own it are cute! Good tunes too. Nice place to hang out. Keep it up guys! Love it
