Nightingale - Vancouver

I visited this restaurant for a weekday lunch, and it was pleasantly quiet. The atmosphere is both cozy and elegant, and the service was attentive. Everything we ordered was delicious, particularly the Roasted Mushroom Pizza. However, we did feel that some items, like the Buttermilk Fried Chicken, weren't quite worth the price due to their portion size. Overall, I would definitely return to try more dishes.

I absolutely loved the complexity and freshness of every dish. I ordered the beet salad, corn ribs, fried chicken, rigatoni, top sirloin steak, and caramel pot de crème. Each dish was perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor, and the portions were quite generous. My favorite was definitely the beet salad!

This is the best restaurant in Van! All the dishes are incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. One of my favorites was the watermelon salad – you definitely need to try it! Our server was exceptionally kind, professional, and knowledgeable.

We’ve taken my mom here on her birthday every year for the past 4 years and it has never disappointed. We book reservations as it can be busy! They have an amazing happy hour and a great menu it’s hard to choose between so many of their wonderful dishes.Lovely, helpful, and kind staff. Love coming here again and again! Favorites include beet salad and fried chicken. This was my first time getting their pizza and it was 10/10!

First time here, and all was excellent! The restaurant is cozy and beautiful, and you can talk comfortably without so much noise. The food is really delicious and the portions are big enough for two people.I recommend the spaguetti and Kyoto 5-0 to drink.Make a reservation because it was full and with wait list.
