Liberty Bakery & Cafe - Vancouver

Inconsistent cake portioning. a month ago we ordered salted chocolate cake and carrot cake we were so overwhelmed because the size in a round container is so large. on the other day I ordered red velvets and salted chocolate cakes, surprisingly the part is only half compared in the last month. also their jump rolls are frozen (fiesta brand by tnt.) very disappointing.

I'm here this morning. large selection of baked goods. croissants are crispy baked fresh. my son ate the pizzabrot and chocolate croissant. really friendly staff

Let me begin by saying I am vaccinated and amplified, and I believe masks work to limit the transmission of kovid. I have an impediment that makes me not to wear a mask, and I have a card from my health professional, but before I could even sit foot in liberty bakery, a hired person called me and told me that I tried to explain my condition and prove how any other business in bc that I had ever been to accept people with impediments. this coworker just called me in the grunde and I went quiet and went to the caffe artigiano on the street that had no problem to serve me. I didn't really care that I only wrote this evaluation, because the other customers seemed rather disturbed by the outbreak of this hired. because of kneejerk segregation has not really tried to try something oh, I am sure that the story looks back on such practices.

We stood and waited for a table to drink our coffee, we were asked to leave the coffee shop because we stood close to the washroom door. there was no danger of security and fire from us standing there. but from no legitimate reason, the barista said we had to go. very strange approach to a customer. we just wanted to spend a relaxing morning and enjoy our Sunday.

Terrible experience with customer service consistently at this location. Staff were either extremely rude or dismissive upon each visit over the course of three times. It's a shame because their cookies and cake taste great and would otherwise be a great place to grab a bite with a friend but I would recommend taking your patronage elsewhere.
