Today, I was thrown out of this establishment because the staff refused to serve me. I have multiple sclerosis, which means there are no official service dogs for my condition, but my small, defenseless dog is what helps me cope and gives me the strength to fight. I strive to follow the rules, and when I need a coffee, I simply want to order and take it to go. I can't leave my dog behind, as I fear for his safety—if something were to happen to him or if he were to be stolen, I would be devastated. Most of the time, I order online and pick up my items, but that's not an option with JJ Bean. When the staff asked if my dog was a service dog and then told me they couldn't serve me, I felt disrespected. My dog hasn't touched anything, and I would have quickly taken my coffee and food to leave. In a city with so many issues, I believe my clean, well-behaved little dog should not be a problem.
This café exceeds many others when it comes to coffee. It’s well-maintained and tidy, and the terrace offers a stunning view of the beach. Definitely worth a visit!
Every jj bean store has its own character, and this has a bad attitude! the personal is rude, unfriendly and not helpful. the cleanliness of the load could be improved. I feel as if this had been the case in the last 3 years, having lived for more than 5 years next to this jj bean. Overall, I would like to support the jj bean group, I enjoy their food and drinks, but today is the last that I will go after another very bad customer service experience in this coffee shop.
The music is too loud and they do not turn it down even if you ask them. Nearly impossible to have a proper conversation
