Happy Lemon - Vancouver

I bought a milktea with no pearls, but get a tea with pearls, so I request a smaller straw so I can just drink the tea without pearls. The lady told me no small straw, so I request a new drink without pearls. The lady pulled out the drink to a new cup and filter the perals out (which is fine), and then added tap water to fill the cup up.The taste of milktea is awful after fill with tap water, so I throw it into garbage after one slip.

Friendly staff drinks are always yummy and consistent. We enjoy coming here and would recommend it to all BBT lovers.

I order bubble tea here when I get off early from work. And the bubble waffle is good too!

The drinks at this restaurant are delicious and the loyalty stamp card they offer is a great way to encourage repeat visits. However, during our last visit, we encountered a situation where the staff refused to stamp our card because we had purchased our drinks online. While we agreed to this policy, the staff member expressed frustration over losing money due to the commission fees from the food ordering app. This interaction made us feel uncomfortable and as if we were being criticized for using the app for pickup orders. Despite this, we likely would not have chosen to order from Happy Lemon that evening if we had not seen their business listed on the app. The stamp card is a fun incentive for us to continue coming back in order to eventually earn a free drink, but it seems like the restaurant may be missing the point of a loyalty program.
