Edible Flours - Vancouver

I was happy to see the bakery offering both gluten-free and vegan options, but we were let down by the gluten-free slices. The lemon slice fell apart as it was being packed by the staff. However, the vegan blueberry lemon loaf was delicious.

Delicious Matcha latte and awsome cookies! I spended an afternoon there doing some homework and the people were very kind!

I really enjoyed the cinnamon roll, it was gooey and moist, just how it should be. I also appreciated that when I requested milk with my tea, they provided a separate little pot so I could steep the tea and then add the milk to my liking.

Great takeaway treats. Amazing to order cakes. The coffee is damn good too.

We bought a few sweets to try and thought they were good, but not great. I appreciate that they have gluten free options for those who need it, but felt the gluten free Nanaimo bar had a grainy gluten free texture.
