Commercial Street CafÉ - Vancouver

If you like the hustle and bustle of Commercial Drive but prefer to shave your legs and wash your armpits, you may have taken a stroll south to it’s refined sibling, Commercial Street. If you have you may have noticed Commercial Street Cafe, arguably the best neighbourhood style coffee shop in the area.

This is a great place to study! Pricing is a bit above average, but in my opinion it's worth it if I can relax and get some work done. The soups are usually pretty good, and I really like the muffins, too. Lots of vegetarian options, as well.

Commercial Street Cafe has a somewhat limited menu, but has good menu items nonetheless. On the wall are art items of rather...unusual taste. The staff is friendly and it is a good place for a cup of coffee, although it is pricey.

It was nice and cozy on a cold day, but the staff kept opening the door and letting the cold in (I understand that are warm).

Comfortable, inviting atmosphere with quality coffee. Nearby street parking available with residential surroundings.
