Coco Fresh Tea Juice Dōu Kě Chá Yǐn

I returned to the store seeking a solution and was promised by a staff member that the manager would call me the next day. Unfortunately, no call was received. After following up, I was once again assured that the manager would contact me, but still no call came. Eventually, a staff member informed me that they would address the issue in the new year, which I found unsatisfactory. I am disappointed by the initial problem and the lack of resolution. As of now, the issue remains unresolved.

I ordered a brown sugar pearls milk tea and the drink had more pearls than tea. The cup was filled with more than half pearls.

Dec 5th 9:15pm, Asian girl cashier had a terrible attitude. Asked her a simple question to clarify and she acted like I was stupid for asking?? Also she needs to speak up as a cashier, how can I understand when you’re quiet as a mouse. @everyone go to milk to sugar instead for better prices and

Ordered a Mango Pomelo Sago drink and it arrived containing coconut. My five year old daughter is allergic to coconut. She drank half, as none of us realized and she doesn’t know what coconut tastes like. Her face is entirely swollen and she is crying. I can’t believe they would add coconut to a drink and not tell us!

Bubble tea was okay, but I ordered two with pearls for delivery and they gave me the thin straws. How am I suppose to suck em up? Boooo
