Coco Fresh Tea Juice Dōu Kě Chá Yǐn

I ordered a large size, but I was given a medium size by the employee. When I asked the employee again before leaving the store, he confirmed that it was indeed a large size. This branch is the absolute worst!!!!!

The store was empty when I went to the counter. I ordered two drinks, both with added grass jelly and pearls. However, one of the teas was missing the pearls. I was too far away at that point to go back to the store, but I am disappointed. The store wasn't busy at all at the time, and the added toppings were the same for both drinks.

My go to at coco is their grapefruit with yakult. it's so refreshing, love the combination as the grapefruit and tartness of the yogurt flavoured yakult complement each other nicely. i also like the added option to choose the level of sugar and ice. the paper straws suck, like, literally...there's a communal table and a few stools along the window, and i greatly appreciate that this venue has ac.bonus now, there's a 20% discount off three flavours, and the grapefruit with yakult is one of them. another great flavour combination is the mango, pomelo, and sago, this one is blended, similar to a smoothie and i think the third flavour is a dragon fruit? wish they have a loyalty card...

I am a huge fan of coco and I have been ordering for years from this store. I have always had an amazing experience in guildford mall, Surrey central and even in other cities (such as Ottawa). However, this specific Coco was actually one of the worst ones I have been to. I asked for less ice for my brown sugar pearl milk tea (I always got it that way for years in all other stores) but the girl working there refused to. She also gave me half a cup of ice and it barely had any tea in it. Horrible experience. Avoid this location if you want a good bubble tea.

I am usually a big fan of Coco but this location severely disappointed me. The large Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea I ordered was almost half ice to the point that boba was stuck under the ice once the drink was half way done. The person who took my order was on the phone almost the whole time and it seems that the drink was premade or prepared without any care. Avoid this location as there are other ones that serve great tea.
