Breka Bakery is a wonderful place to indulge your sweet or savory cravings in Vancouver's Kitsilano area. This bakery offers a wide range of delicious pastries, savory pies, sandwiches, cakes, and cookies. The quality of their baked goods is exceptional, consistently delivering great flavor. The staff is friendly and attentive, contributing to a pleasant overall experience. Whether you're in the mood for a quick snack or a leisurely breakfast or lunch, Breka Bakery is a fantastic choice. My only concern is the seating area, which can feel cramped and lacks comfortable seating, especially on busy weekends when you might want to relax with a cup of coffee.

I absolutely love this bakery! I've been to all their locations except the one on W Hastings. I've tried many items from their menu, and I've enjoyed everything so far. Today, I tasted the Tiramisu, which was delicious in both flavor and quality. However, I think they should add one more ladyfinger to achieve better balance, as it was a little too creamy for my liking. I found that I could taste about 90% mascarpone and only 10% ladyfinger. That being said, it was still fresh and delightful!

Fantastic place! Excellent service. Yeka, who works there, is probably one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Just seek her out, and you'll understand what I mean!

We ordered four sandwiches and two drinks to take out, but the dining area was surprisingly quiet and not crowded, which makes me eager to dine in on my next visit. As for the sandwiches, Breka's offerings were, as always, fantastic. We tried a Reuben, a steak and cheese panini, a tuna sandwich, and a turkey sandwich, all of which I highly recommend. However, the process of warming up the sandwiches felt somewhat frantic during our visit. The staff initially gave us the wrong order, but they resolved the issue in the end. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience.
