Contribuiți la feedbackMy friends and I stopped here for dinner. The menu offers many build it yourself options with unlimited veggies. I opted for the coconut ravioli and was happy and full by the end of the meal.
This pasta bar can be called (still) as a secret tip. we have enjoyed two days different pasta dishes that will not be better received at the noble Italian at a price of 6 to 7 euro. there are only places for approx. 13-16 guests and ambiente are not allowed to go out, but the principal are the "pasta to go"
I actually called for a reservation on a Sunday night for 6 but it was really more of a grab and go place so the turn around was pretty quick in terms of spacing. The concept is simple - make your own pasta and it is fairly cheap for how much food you end up getting! The flavors were good and the portion is well worth it. The only complaint I had was the wait at the counter. The cashier wasn't very efficient and there was a big backlog of delivery orders that got priority so my order took an extra 20 minutes versus that of my friend who ordered a bit before me.
ENGLISH:On June 2, 2017, at 12:30 p.m., I went to this restaurant, with my friends from the English school, after the Graduation Ceremony, to have lunch, celebrate and say goodbye to my friends. I want to be careful in this criticism not to be too cruel, but I will be extremely realistic in my review:I had my biggest disappointment in 3 months in Vancouver, I was extremely nervous and I can also guarantee it was my worst experience in attending a restaurant in all my travels in my life. When we arrived (at 12:30), the guy who was in the cashier's service, an Asian about 25 years old wearing a black cap, answered me with an unfriendly face, did not greet me, I greeted him and he murmured with me and with the same Ugly face (nervous face, frowning). Incredible, but it seemed that this guy hated seeing us and wanted us out. He was stupid, we informed him that we were in 7(*) people and he said "There is no", he turned his back and also he did not say, "sorry, but now there are no seats at the tables, could you wait? Or "could you wait a moment for me to check out any option?", No, he did not, ...... because there was a table that can seat 8 people, which is next to the wall and has a sofa On one side and There was only one person who had lunch (alone) at this table, for 8 people, as this impolite guy turned his back on me, I questioned why he was being so rude to I asked him about his name and he answered by asking me why I wanted to know his name. So I said I should make a formal complaint about it, about him, and I told him : "You can not be the owner and the owner is not here now, because the owner would never would admit this customer service". From there, I tried to take a picture of him and he ran to the back of the restaurant.I've never been so stupidly receive terrible service in a restaurant in my lifetime, and at age 48 I went to several restaurants in Brazil, Switzerland, Germany, France, England, the USA, and Canada. That was the worst experience.(*) 2 Swiss, 1 Korean, 1 Japanese and 3 BraziliansPORTUGUESE:Em 02/Junho/2017 as 12:30 (hora do almoço) eu estive neste restaurante, com meus amigos da escola de inglês, após a cerimônia de graduação, para almoçar, comemorar e despedir-me de meus amigos e de Vancouver. Eu quero ter o cuidado nesta critica para não ser muito cruel mas eu serei extremamente realista em minhas afirmações:Eu tive a minha maior decepção em 3 meses em Vancouver, eu fiquei extremamente nervoso e eu posso garantir também que foi minha pior experiência em atendimento em um restaurante em todas as minhas viagens que eu fiz em minha vida. Quando chegamos (as 12h30) o rapaz que estava no atendimento de caixa/cashier, um asiático de 25 anos de idade aproximadamente, me atendeu com a cara feia, não me cumprimentou, eu o cumprimentei e ele "gruniu" pra mim, com a mesma cara horrível. Incrível, mas parecia que este rapaz estava odiando atender-nos e queria que nós fossemos embora. Foi muita estupidez dele, eu o informei que nós estávamos em 7(*) pessoas e ele disse "não tem lugar" e virou as costas sem ao menos dizer educadamente "desculpe-me mas não há lugares livres agora, vocês poderiam aguardar?" ou "poderiam aguardar um momento para eu verificar?" ... pois havia uma mesa que podem sentar 8 pessoas, que fica próximo a parede e tem um sofá de um lado e cadeiras do outro (4 de um lado e 4 do outro lado).Enfim, o restaurante estava com 35% de ocupação no máximo. Nesta mesa para 8 pessoas havia apenas uma pessoa almoçando sozinha. Como este atendente mal educado virou as costas pra mim eu o questionei por que ele estava sendo tão mal educado nas respostas e ele continuou sendo mal educado. Eu perguntei à ele qual o nome dele e ele respondeu perguntando pra que eu queria saber o nome dele. Eu disse que era pra eu fazer uma reclamação formal a respeito pois com certeza, eu disse à ele, "você não é o proprietário e o proprietário não está aqui, pois jamais admitiria tamanha brutalidade com os clientes". A partir daí eu tentei tirar uma foto dele e ele correu para o fundo do restaurante. Um brutamontes covarde.Eu nunca fui tão estupidamente mal atendido num restaurante em toda minha vida e, aos meus 48 anos de idade, eu já estive em vários restaurantes no Brazil, Suiça, Alemanha, França, Inglaterra, Estados Unidos e Canadá. Essa foi a pior experiência.(*) 2 Suiços, 1 Coreano, 1 Japonês e 3 Brasileiros
The concept of this restaurant is good, build your own pasta dish. But the food was served at room temp, and they prepared the wrong type of pasta for my dish. My husband and I both had the puttanesca, and we both were disappointed. Garlic bread was soggy. Would not go back.
