Banana Leaf On Davie - Vancouver

Absolutely delightful! It was my first experience with Malaysian cuisine, and if I lived nearby, I would definitely be a regular here! We sampled the 7-course platter, lamb stew, kung pao cauliflower, and mee goreng. Everything was fantastic without exception—perfectly balanced, not too sweet or too salty. Our server, Ken, was incredibly friendly and provided great insights about the menu and portion sizes. I give this place two thumbs up and a high five!

Best dinner experience in Vancouver! Everything was amazing. We sampled the eggplant fries, breaded chicken, and cauliflower dishes, each one bursting with flavor and absolutely delicious. The portions are generous, and the staff is attentive and friendly. They offered excellent recommendations when we were about to order something that might not have matched our preferences. Plus, there are plenty of vegetarian options available. We also noticed a great selection of cocktails and mocktails on the menu. The restaurant is quite popular and was packed during our visit.
