Arc Restaurant And Bar - Vancouver

Our waitress was lovely and accommodating throughout the entire night of live music, I had perfectly cooked salmon that was very easily the best meal of my life, and the staff was always smiling and assuring our glasses weren't empty and we were having a great time. Absolutely recommend for a high end night out with great dining and live music.

This place is BEYOND excellent! Besides having Celiac Disease, I have a number of other incredibly challenging food allergies, and everyone really went above and beyond, including helping me figure out which alcohols were gluten-free! Our server, Jerri, was amazing and even though we came in right before closing she really took her time with us and really went out of her way to ensure everything I ate was not only safe but was AMAZING. I cannot recommend this place enough, especially for those with food allergies. I will be sure to return here, again and again, anytime I am in Vancouver!

While staying at the Fairmont Waterfront on a holiday from Australia we visited ARC restaurant for dinner to celebrate my husbands birthday, the food was absolutely amazing. We had the shared board and it was the best food i have EVER eaten. The staff were extremely lovely helpful as were all of the Canadians we met on our trip) We had hoped to return for another meal before we moved on but unfortunately we simply ran out of time. Would highly recommend ARC restaurant and if we are lucky enough to return to Vancouver we will definitely revisit for another awesome food experience. Thank you.

Excellent happy hour location, and an excellent place to hang out while waiting for the car to charge in the garage below. Cocktails were well crafted, and their Frutti di Mare was one of the best I've tasted anywhere.

A beautiful location and ambiance, wonderful food and the most professional, efficient, and good natured waiter; he made our experience the best. Highly recommended
