Serious Coffee - Vancouver Island

Love the store on Blanchard. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The ground coffee is my favourite.

I love Serious Coffee and the baristas here are always so friendly. There is a manager/owner that is around a lot and sometimes seems very hard on the staff, and I find it hard to witness. If he was a bit kinder to the staff it would be 5 stars for sure.

When I worked close by, I went two or three times a day during week days. The coffee and food are delicious and the staff friendly and efficient. I have also had several meetings catered by Steve and his staff very good food and value.

Cute coffee shop with good coffee and fresh tasty food. My mom, friend and I came here for coffee and lunch. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious the soup was really good, and my mom and friend commented how good and smooth the coffee was. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was clean and comfortable. Parking was good also.

I go there twice a day weekdays, and once per Sat and Sun. Only two leather sofa chairs by fireplace, my preferred comfortable seating spot. It is busy at 10am and 3pm and it seems to be the coffee place for coffee break employees. Have been a customer since start of 2013 and no complaints.
