Taco Bell - Van Wert

I wouldn't recommend that the stuff put in the food. they did my taco superprem a lasting marker in the meat part. I called the police health scept. he was a sweat, never before.

I had problems with an online order on Tuesday, with a gift card paid and it was canceled. I thought I'd use this gift card to buy lunch today. the card had no balance. I asked for help and the manager was really helpful and delivered an immediate solution and showed that he was taking care of his customers. also the staff were friendly.

Food was good. Kitchen was filthy. Planned on eating in but carried out because it smelled bad inside and lots of flies. Employees were courteous but just need yo clean the floors when they are slow.

Food was ok but had to order at kiosk. They were out of several things. Then the air conditioner wasn't on it was stiflingly hot and it was making the floor tiles sweat so it was really slippery. Husband tried to ask workers to please turn on the AC they instead cranked the music up really loud. The drive thru speaker wasn't working either so they had some poor worker standing out in the heat taking orders from the cars manually.

They are always out of stuff. Also, this is the chelsey Gordita crunch I pay almost $4.00 for. Like are you kidding me!!
