We stayed in this restaurant located right at the sanctuary of Belmonte, in a quiet and panoramic position, for a pasquetta among friends! Excellent menu, fresh ingredients and quality consistent with the tradition of the territory!Very fresh fish, cold cuts and fantastic cheeses, maltagliati to the lamb sauce of which there is no advanced even a briciolo of sauce, stench with excellent potatoes!Dolce excellent!Very spacious and well-kept apartment suitable if you have children since equipped with wide spaces of rash! After 1 year I returned to lunch. I noticed the change of management, which I knew nothing about. I would like my review to be strictly personal. The food I must say was really great, well cooked and presented very well. Unfortunately in certain courses the quantities were a little scarce. The service I have to say to myself has a bit disappointed, because the wait between one reach and the other was really exhausting. Sit at 13.00 and finish eating at 18.30 seems really excessive! The staff in the room and kitchen was undersized compared to the number of commens in the room as well as in the other rooms. Too bad. Revisit and reorganize the service. The dishes offered, overall I consider them very well prepared and well prepared.
