Dunkin Donuts - Valparaiso

I 'm not sure what 's going on at this location but the last 3 times I ordered coffee online I 've had to wait awhile. This visit today I waited 15 minutes for a large coffee. As I 'm standing there the guy looks at me and says 'maybe somebody grabbed it ' andhe laughed. Well it was sitting on the other side of the counter. I don 't think anyone monitors the mobile orders. There were nocars in the drive thru, it wasn 't busy. They need to better monitor their mobile orders.

After waiting almost 15 minutes to get a bagel, and watching at least a dozen cars get their orders through the drive-through, I finally asked for a refund on my one single bagel with cream cheese and left. With no apology from the employees may I add. Andthis was only after I was told they were ?preparing my order? as I watched them make three more orders for drive-through cars.

I'm sorry to say, this happens continuously, you go through drive-thru and then you get your coffee and the coffee is about an inch or two from the top. They are saving a penny but ripping off the customer for the quantity.

The girls working yesterday evening (6-26) were absolutely amazing! I wish I got her name, but the girl working the register was the best. I wish I could have her make my coffee every day haha! Amazing service ??

Dunkin' has the BEST iced coffee and donuts! Best way to start the day! Or even a good time in the evening. Yummy!??????
