Contribuiți la feedbackI was on the mood for a smoothie after I got done at the Sweat Box. I did not know that I had a free smoothie in my app waiting for me for my birthday. Win win all around. The smoothie was so filling I haven't been able to finish it all. The store is super clean and everyone working there was so nice.
Horrible service both in store and via the customer relations line. I 've been trying to resolve an issue with an order I place in the app for nearly A MONTH. Customer relations says I have to call the store directly (even though the website says otherwise), and the store never EVER answers the phone or they pick up, say nothing, and hang up!! It 's really getting ridiculous... Is Jamba willing to lose a very frequent customer over one order? Do better.
Unprofessional staff, incredibly slow, and full of errors. Every time I go they get my order wrong and I only see one person making drinks while the rest are in the back talking. This has happened even during a rush which is crazy to see especially from someone who has worked retail before.
This is by far the WORST Jamba Juice I have been too. I went earlier this week when the store was fully staffed and I was the only customer present. My order consisted of 4 drinks and was not complicated AT ALL. Out of all the employees, only 1 young woman made our drinks while another was cleaning the sink. As for the the rest (about 3 in the back) it looked like they were gossiping with each other (completely unprofessional). Since only one person was making the drinks using only 1 blender, it took over 15 minutes for my order to be ready. Which is not an exaggeration because she kept pausing to chime in with her coworkers in the back. To make matters worse, the order was WRONG! They had to remake a drink and were missing one which only increased my frustration. Again, I was the only one there, they took forever, AND still got it wrong! You know, I get everyone has a bad day, BUT this has happened 3 TIMES!! The previous 2 times they got my order wrong AND my drinks were melted because they forgot to call our name. Jamba Juice, do better!
I ordered a wheatgrass juice online for pickup just 15 minutes before closing time. When I got home and took a sip, I was really disappointed. It tasted like they had simply poured a pre-bottled juice into a cup instead of making it fresh. The next day, I returned to the restaurant to speak with the manager, but they weren't there. When I went back again later and brought up the juice issue, I was informed that refunds could only be issued on the day of purchase.
