Los platos muy elaborados y el chef nos ha explicado cada uno de ellos. Muy amables y simpaticos. Sitio recomendable. Volveremos porque además, hay mucho cóctel que descubrir.

We discovered Wave restaurant when we were visiting Valencia a year ago and enjoyed it so much that we had to visit again this year. The restaurant was just as we remembered, small and basic but the food and service more than make up for it. The owner/chef explained to us that he is planning to move a new location next year that will give him more creative possibilities and we promised that we would search him out!

Delicious, innovative touch to traditional dishes. Every little taper that came in, it got us more. all suitable for gluten. very attentive to the service. We'll be safe, it's been a whole experience.
