Despite a chaotic reservation two months before our arrival in the hotel, we were bluffed by the quality, the associations and the refinement of the dishes. Few covers for a more intimate atmosphere while keeping a friendly and professional service. A beautiful starred table in Valencia that deserves to stop there!

Restaurant by Baptiste Poinot 1 star Michelin. We took lunch in five times. A sparkling meal. We knew his kitchen, the Chef again surprised us with all his flavours. Everything was excellent from the proposal of a special butter in agreement with an original bread for our arrival to the meal itself. Tasty mouths that explode with flavors. Just wonderful dishes. Beautiful desserts of an exquisite taste. The wine proposal was highly surprised and perfect. The service was attentive without being too present. The restaurant room has been rebuilt, it is a success in a set of non-aggressive colors that breathe quality and fullness. Also at the bottom of the restaurant the chef has set up a window where we can see him evolve in his kitchen. Very good idea. Chef Baptiste Poinot is more than ever at the top of his kitchen. We recommend it and on our side we will return. He surprises us every time, and a very high gastronomic level.

End of December 2023 meals in five times. Perfect, from beginning to end. It's beautiful. Gustatively, it's beautiful. Work on incredible textures and flavours. Cooking (maigre and pigeon) completely mastered. The product at the centre of the plate is respected and sublimated each time. With discreet or a little more marked notes that come surprise and blur taste buds. It's magical. And what creativity! Balance, justness, it's great art... and desserts!!! Oh the desserts!! Important precision: the service is absolutely charming. And professional. An address to be recommended.
