My mom, sister, and I stopped by while visiting our mom in the nearby care home, and I must say, the food at this restaurant was fantastic. The chicken wings were amazing and the curry was delicious as well. The bartender was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. It's wonderful to see these classic pubs thriving. Overall, a great place to dine. Food: 5 Service: 5

Only had jacket potatoes but they were lovely came with a side salad. Older man was very welcoming bit our server wasn't as friendly. It was quite empty so can't comment on atmosphere. Would visit again. Food: 5
