Contribuiți la feedbackI am updating this review to reflect a calmer perspective on my recent experience with delivery. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with my delivery order. One of the entrees was missing upon arrival, and the person I spoke to at the restaurant simply blamed the delivery driver without offering any resolution. Furthermore, I learned that the restaurant does not take steps to ensure correct orders are given to the drivers. It seems likely that the driver may have mistakenly taken one bag without realizing there was another. This was disappointing as we had enjoyed the food during a previous delivery order and were considering dining in at the restaurant soon. However, this experience left a sour taste in our mouths. I understand the challenges that delivery can bring to the restaurant industry, having worked in a restaurant myself. If a restaurant cannot handle delivery effectively, they should reconsider listing themselves on delivery apps. While I acknowledge that the person I spoke to could not personally resolve the issue, a simple apology or offer to make it right in the future would have been appreciated. Instead, we were left to contact customer service for a refund. I am disheartened by this lack of customer care and have no interest in returning to this restaurant.
The service at this restaurant was excellent, but unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. My husband's drink had a fly in it, which was very off-putting. Our server quickly resolved the issue, and she was great. However, the Potato croquettes we ordered were unevenly cooked, with some being cold in the middle. The food overall was hot but disappointingly lacking in flavor. I ordered the Wagyu beef steak, which was surprisingly bitter. The shrimp add-on was also a letdown, being both underwhelming and chewy. I ended up only eating the risotto portion of my $35 dish. My husband's Tuscan Chicken pasta, which supposedly had three types of sauce, was surprisingly bland. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

We brought a group of six people to this restaurant for a birthday dinner. The staff was friendly, but the service was extremely slow. Despite the lack of busyness, everything from taking our drink orders to receiving the drinks was delayed. We were only able to order and receive two drinks during the hour and a half we were there, from 6 to 7:30. The Toppling Burger with the Beast patty was delicious, however the NY strip was tough and the potatoes and Brussel sprouts were cold. After dinner, we reserved a simulator (bay 1 with a curved screen). Once again, the staff was friendly, but the service was slow. We only had time for two drinks during the two hours we had the bay (from 7:30) because the server would disappear for 20-30 minutes at a time. Although she was nice, it seemed like she needed more help. Despite multiple requests, the simulator attendant never came to make a change to the course we were playing. The simulator bays were enjoyable to play on, but there was no air conditioning even after multiple requests. This place has the potential to be a lot of fun, and I would love to come back with friends to play on the simulators. However, it would be difficult to convince them to return after this experience.
A group of 8 of us went to this restaurant. Everyone received their meal except for my Fiancé. Our waitress took 15 minutes to come back and check on us after my Fiancé tried to get her attention for his missing meal. The waitress seemed unconcerned that we were waiting on his food, returning to the kitchen and then telling him it would be another 6-7 minutes. She offered him a free beer as an apology (which didn't seem genuine), but his meal still did not arrive after 20 minutes. Throughout the meal, the waitress ignored our table as we needed more water and drinks. By the time the rest of the table finished their meals, my Fiancé still had not received his. The waitress returned to the table and seemed confused why his meal was still missing, offering a free dessert as compensation, which we no longer cared about. After another 30 minutes passed without his meal, the free dessert came out before his food. Frustrated, we flagged down a hostess to get a Manager involved. The manager apologized, stating she was unaware of the situation, and my Fiancé's meal finally arrived, though he no longer wanted it. It took another 30 minutes for the waitress to return so we could pay our bills, during which another incorrect meal arrived that would have been his. Overall, this was a terrible experience handled poorly by both the waitress and manager. They comped his meal, but the waitress charged us for the supposedly free beer. We were fed up with the back-and-forth and paid too much money for a miserable experience. We will not be returning.
