Panera Bread - Urbandale

The food was amazing! It did take a bit longer to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. However, they did forget about us for some time…

The restaurant features a spacious outdoor seating area, and the establishment is well-maintained and organized. I really appreciate the self-service kiosks. However, it would be beneficial to install a bike rack, especially since there's a large biking community and the location is conveniently located off the Trail.

It wasn't as crowded as I anticipated, but I believe it's the best Panera patio around. The service was quick, thanks to my Sip subscription. However, while the iced coffee is decent, I'm curious about how to get Butternut added to my iced options, or if there are other flavors available. Additionally, the large lids are never convenient when getting the largest iced drinks with the Sip.

64 years, worst food, worst delivery company, terrible manager Jayson and down right awful customer service. Obviously they have more business than they know what to do with. Had a very simple order chicken noodle soup a sandwich and cucumber salad. Oh a chunk of bread thrown in the bag not in anything just thrown in the bag. No sandwich, no we'll get one right out to you and not only cold but no noodle no chicken 2 cups of broth ???????????????????? they accused my wife of lying. Pics included.

There was a bug in my salad- absolutely disgusting.
